Systems in scope
The upgrade includes the following systems:
- Y.E.S. – Employee and Manager Self-Service including ETE
- HRIS – HR, Payroll, Leave, and Benefits administration
- Talent Management – Job Board, Talent Acquisition (TA) and Performance Management (MAP)
Systems NOT included:
- The Work #
Why are we upgrading?
Our systems are outdated. We must upgrade our current systems to maintain support and compliance and reduce annual maintenance costs. This upgrade will deliver improved infrastructure and some added capabilities such as updates to the Employee Time Entry (ETE) template.
How will these systems be different after the upgrade?
For the most part there are NO major differences in each of the systems. Users will notice minor changes to the look and feel of these systems (general navigation, color schemes, display options, etc.).
What Happens When the Systems Come Back Up?
You will receive an email from [email protected] with your unique login credentials, links to the new Y.E.S. website, as well as user guides on navigating the changes in Y.E.S.
