Ginger LaBine is an accomplished global Organization Development leader and practitioner with extensive public and private sector experience in the design, development and delivery of integrated talent management, change management and Lean/continuous improvement solutions.
Prior to her appointment, Ms. LaBine served as State HR Deputy Director of Strategic Initiatives.
She joined Arizona state service in October 2013 as a training and development professional at the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality, and before that beginning in the late 1990s, she directed organizational effectiveness and development practices at The Mosaic Company of Plymouth, MN, and MDU Resources Group in Bismarck, ND. She also previously held similar HR and organizational development roles at Harley-Davidson and Mercury Marine.
Ms. LaBine holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Behavior from Silver Lake College, a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Lakeland College, and separate Associate’s Degrees in Marketing and Commercial Art. Her professional memberships include the National Association of Personnel Executives, the Society for Human Resources Management, the American Society for Training and Development, and the Arizona Human Resources Executive Forum.
