New Website for State Procurement Office Launched
Primary tabs

The Arizona Department of Administration (ADOA) State Procurement Office (SPO) is proud to offer a redesigned and refreshed website to provide State of Arizona suppliers, cooperative members, and other visitors important information on how the state procures its goods and services in the effort of ease of use and transparency.
Visitors will now be able to search the website for State Contracts, alphabetically, by category, or find Cooperative and Set Aside Contracts with a new user interface.
“This new website was designed in line with the Governor’s vision, with the support of ADOA.” said Ed Jimenez, the State of Arizona Procurement Administrator.
The updated website was developed using input and feedback from Suppliers and Cooperative members alike from a survey conducted by the SPO project team that asked what information they would like to see in a new website. The team also conducted intensive user testing to make sure users are finding the information they need and that content administrators know how to use the content management system.
An overview of the Contracts, Programs, Procurement Process, and Team Directory have also been updated.
Suppliers can now:
- Explore an array of support options and training on the eProcurement system – Arizona Procurement Portal (APP)
- Get information and support on submitting Usage Reports
- Learn about how to do business with the State of Arizona
Additionally, Cooperative members can now:
- Search for cooperative contracts
- Renew or register memberships
- Find information on purchasing off-state contracts
The SPO project team always welcomes comments, feedback, and suggestions for continuous improvements to the website, so submit your feedback here.
