Marie Isaacson serves as Director of the Benefits Services Division. Marie has over 28 years of human resources and benefits experience, 25 of those years with the Arizona Department of Administration. Marie has direct oversight and responsibility for administering the benefits insurance programs (medical, pharmacy, dental, vision, life, disability, flexible spending accounts, computer purchase, employee discount, home-owners and insurance plans, employee assistance program, and a wellness program for preventative health education and screenings.
Marie is certified as both a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Master of Business Administration from Arizona State University. Marie is a member of various professional human resources/benefits organizations and the National Charity League. She and her husband Don have two children, John and Kaitlin.
