Forum by Agilquest account is required to reserve an Arizona Connected WorkSpace. You must be a State of Arizona employee to use this system. This system is available via web browser and/or a mobile phone application for on-the-go bookings. If you have not yet set up your account, CLICK HERE.
To make a reservation, LOGIN to your Forum by Agilquest account:
- Use the Reservation Search on the Home Page to locate the Asset (workspace) you would like to reserve.
- Use the drop-down menu to select either a Collaboration Space or a Workspace.
- Select the Start Date/Time and End Date/Time for your reservation.
- Select one of the available search views: Search by List, Search by Calendar, or Search by Floor Plan.
- Once the asset has been selected, click on Submit.
- Once you have submitted a reservation, you will receive a “Reservation Has Been Saved” notification, and then you will be returned to the Home Page.
