We receive many requests for records that the Arizona Department of Administration (ADOA) does not have because they belong to a different agency. We have compiled a list of common topics that are handled at other agencies and in some cases, available online. Please review this list prior to filling out the ADOA online form to ensure that your records request is directed to the right agency.

For Commercial Requests:
If you are submitting a request for a commercial purpose, you must disclose this pursuant to A.R.S. 39-121.03. Please note that a commercial usage fee may apply. Commercial requests should include a fee schedule outlining the "value of the reproduction [of the record] on the commercial market" (A.R.S. 39-121.03(A)).
