Public Information and Records Request

Please review this list prior to filling out the online form to ensure that your records request is directed to the correct agency.

We receive many requests for records at the Arizona Department of Administration (ADOA) that we do not have or handle because they belong to a different state agency or local government. We have compiled a list of common topics that are handled at other local government agencies and in some cases, available online.
