Public Information and Records Request

Please review this list prior to filling out the online form to ensure that your records request is directed to the right agency. We receive many requests for records that the Arizona Department of Administration (ADOA) does not have because they belong to a different state agency or local government. We have compiled a list of common topics that are handled at other local government agencies and in some cases, available online.
