Pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.02, the Arizona Department of Administration (ADOA) is providing this notice regarding the physical and electronic locations where all public notices, including the meeting agenda, regarding the meetings of public bodies of this agency, are posted.

Public bodies staffed by ADOA post all public meeting notices electronically on their websites (links are on the sidebar) as well as through the Arizona Public Meeting Notices website. Additionally, all public bodies staffed by ADOA physically post all public meeting notices on the bulletin board outside the entrance of the Arizona Department of Administration building located at 100 North 15th Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85007 for public meetings taking place at a physical location.

As an additional public service, ADOA also administers the Arizona Public Meeting Notices website, where numerous other agencies, boards, and commissions post public meeting notices.
