Facilities Operations and Maintenance (FOAM) provides maintenance, custodial, grounds, landscaping, and HVAC services for the Capitol Mall, Tucson, and several satellite facilities throughout the city.

Service Level Agreements:

FOAM is dedicated to providing industry-leading service and this starts with a commitment to our customers. One of the ways in which this is accomplished is by establishing service level agreements (SLA) that create clear definitions of responsibilities and deadlines so that both the customer and FOAM understand priorities and expectations. The Service Level Agreement Times is an example of the time allotted to resolving requests that exist within our current SLA. Depending on customer needs, SLAs can be tailored to each environment to ensure compliance and standards are met.
