This training is for school district stakeholders on how to navigate the AZ School Facilities Portal to manage their Building Renewal Grant application offered by the School Facilities Division. 

 

Annual Reporting Calendar

This training is for school district stakeholders on how to submit and view required annual reports to the School Facilities Division.

 

Grant Amendment Process

This training is for school district stakeholders on how to submit a grand amendments to the School Facilities Division and provide information on the purpose of pre-award design meetings and scope development.

 

This training is for school district stakeholders on how to submit payment requests to the School Facilities Division and information on how to avoid Terms & Conditions violations.

 

Policy & Procedures Review

This training is a high level review of policies and procedures to help familiarize viewers with program guidelines, roles and responsibilities, and expectations that support successful project outcomes.  The BRG, New Construction, HVAC policies, and funding Terms and Conditions are examples of content covered.
