This appllication is required for anyone who wants to host an assembly, demonstration, display, festival, parade, or rally that will be held at the Arizona Capitol area, Wesley Bolin Memorial Plaza or on any State property. The SPO team in partnership with the Department of Housing purchased more than $2 million in essential supplies, from toilet paper to hand sanitizer, soap and other needs to serve and support 79 homeless service providers in Arizona.
Supporting the Health of State Employees
In continuing support of the Governor’s efforts to proactively address the COVID-19 pandemic, the State of Arizona’s Benefits Services Division has waived all co-pays, co-insurance and deductibles related to testing and treatment for COVID-19 for employees on the state’s health plan and launched a COVID-19 page for state employees.
ADOA is supporting the Childcare Enrichment Centers through fast tracking grant application approvals to centers uniquely positioned to assist in this important effort through a blanket waiver of grant procurement procedures. This process which normally takes at least six weeks is now being done in an hour or less.
